Job Description:
Interact closely with the development team to identify and rectify the issues and queries raised by the clients. Candidate must have strong written and spoken communication skills.
Willingness to work in Night Shifts is a must
Technical support background (preferably application support)
SQL knowledge and ability to understand data requirements (preferably experience)
Good English communication (oral and written)
Ready to work in 24x7 environments
